Last weekend we took a trip to one of my favorite places, Charleston, SC. We were there for the Diocese of Charleston Youth Basketball Tournament, so much of our time was spent watching middle schoolers play basketball. We did manage to a quick trip to Isle of Palms to see the beautiful ocean. It was a crisp, rainy morning, but that doesn’t keep people from their morning walk on the beach. Honestly, it is so peaceful to visit our beaches on days like that.
